Doc Middleton Productions LLC (DMP) is currently seeking funds to produce and license for profit the independent theatrical feature length motion picture The Outlaw Doc Middleton.  The film is in its initial packaging phase and is pursuing all potential financing sources including: (1) pre-sales contracts from commercial distributors, (2) supplemented and complete private investment, (3) as well as subsidies, grants and tax deferral incentives from federal and state governments.  Investment opportunities of up to 50% ownership in the motion picture are being offered for a term of 50 years after the films initial release.  Any investment shall secure (1) All world rights in the film (2) and investor tax deferral opportunities.
